House to retire?

I went to this house to clean up, fix things that needs to be fixed. The bathroom is too wet, the house is pretty clean, may need paint inside and outside. I will post it online to see anyone interested to live in..

I like this house, it's a good size for 2-4 people, good location, if any of my kids find job near here, I would let the kid stay without pay..if none of them come to live in it, I will move in when I am 65 years old, and enjoy this good size house.
