Spring color at home !!!

Today is the day to dig the dirt and plant few things: Gourd see details...http://www.thegourdreserve.com (bottle shape, dippers, bowls), Jalapenos, tomatoes, green beans, pumpkins, yellow squash and of course strawberries ..

Super view from Palo Alto Park

We had a short hike on this Foothill Park that is ONLY allow Palo Alto residence enter, but we were there early, so no one bother to ask us for ID.. to see this picture, you have to click to see it large, you can see maybe 3 bridges (bridge 84, 92 and Bay Bridge far away).. what a view...


Following picture is a super expensive house that was on market ask for $40M, but seems bought by Cisco's boss for $18M recently, good deal.. click to see the details.. for sure this house got the BEST view of all Palo Alto hills...

Here's my car and good view... notice how the trees growing? all at foothill area where trees can get most water for grow..

This is an old Oak tree that is still live, we walked through that round hole and all the way to a water pond looking for newt. We did not find any newt in the pond this time, but saw one was run over by a car on the road, a red one, pretty one that we use to see in the pond.. Weather is clear, sunny, but windy and cold..

This is Magnolia, my favorite flower!!! I have two of this in my yard, one with white flower, one is red and they are blooming too.. Beautiful....


Daisy from my yard. I like this color better than the white ones, adds lot color in spring time.
